Objectives:
The objectives for the first three years of operation include:
1. Build the competence of the underserved youths to be the next generation of global leaders and renown captains of industries
2. To create a service-based company whose primary goal is to exceed customer's expectations .
3. The utilization of Diplo-Age Global Network in at least five of the top 100 companies in Nigeria as ranked by Forbes Magazine.
4. To increase the number of clients by 15% per year.
5. To develop a sustainable business, surviving off of its own cash flow.
