There Is A Story... The story of humanity is the story of the interplay of leadership: by this, I mean the continuous rise and fall of a vision, a mission-based edifice, a people, a leader! When I saw Antoine Faqua's Olympus Has Fallen, something within me got thrilled and devastated at the same time. I simply felt sad at the sight of the White House being "down"! More painful was the loss of patriots and innocent citizens. For the better part however, good movies always have a way resolving its conflict.

“I really want to improve my grades but I can’t just get myself to do it”. Whose fault is it? It’s got to be you because you cannot ‘get yourself’ to do it! “I feel so fat and it is really affecting my self- esteem, I can’t just get myself to lose some weight” Yea right, you will remain fat until you decide to hit the gym!

There has not been a documented start of diplomacy; however Many could argue that diplomacy is a product of society and history itself. It is also believe that diplomacy is as old as the bible, there have been instances ranging back to the 5th century where diplomacy arose in certain nations. Dating back to 432 B.C, the Congress of Sparta was an “illustration of diplomacy as organized by the Greek City States”

I had the pleasure of being part of the first Lagos International Poetry Festival. Though for personal reason I could not commit myself to all the events especially the two day poetry concert. But I was opportune to be in two master classes.
